The first regiment of Bavarian cavalry painted - in the uniforms of the 1st Chevaux-Legers (Light Cavalry), the 'Kronprinz' Regiment - ready for the Battle of Eckmuhl. I'm not actually sure that this Regiment carried a standard into battle but I've included one with artistic licence. The 15mm figures are by Essex, the standard from warflag.com.

Bavarian ADCs
A couple of Bavarian Aides-de-camp to assist the Generals that I recently painted. These are Old Glory 15mm French Hussars, painted as Bavarian Hussar Officers.
I repositioned the sword arm on this officer and changed the horse to give a responsive ADC as opposed to a charging Hussar |
Again I used a different horse, repositioned the rider and refashioned his right arm from delivering a sabre cut to delivering a packet of orders |

Bavarian Line Infantry
Continuing with the German theme, another battalion of Bavarians - the 2nd Battalion of the 1st 'Konig' Regiment.
KGL Line Infantry
Another battalion of British infantry (Essex miniatures) rescued from the 'lost drawer of old lead' and painted up - this time as soldiers from the 1st Battalion King's German Legion.
